1. Services

We provide gutter cleaning, downspout flushing, seasonal maintenance, and related services. The specific scope of work will be confirmed prior to service.

2. Quotes & Payments

  • All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of your gutters or property.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 fee to cover scheduling and travel costs.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions or other factors outside our control.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to gutters, roof, and surrounding areas.

  • Ensure pets, vehicles, and personal property are secured before service begins.

  • Notify us of any pre-existing damage or safety concerns.

5. Service Limitations

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to gutters, roofing, siding, or landscaping.

  • We do not repair structural issues unless agreed to in writing.

  • Debris that accumulates after service due to weather or natural events is not covered under our service guarantee.

6. Liability

  • We are licensed and insured, and we take every precaution to perform work safely and responsibly. However, Gutter Guys Cleaning Service is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions.

  • Delays or cancellations due to weather, accidents, or events beyond our control.

  • Indirect or incidental damages related to services provided.

7. Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with our service, notify us within 48 hours. We will return to re-clean the affected areas. Refunds are only issued if we are unable to resolve the issue through re-service.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or attempt to interfere with its security or functionality.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
